100% savings because I only paid tax!

Transaction #3 ($2.52)

Transaction #4 ($4.08)
Albertsons
Total OOP $22.67 and I still have a $10 off my next purchase catalina
  Transaction #1 $11 OOP Saved 74%
  Transaction#2 $4.83 OOP Saved 89%
  Transaction#3 $2.52 OOP Saved 94.6%
  Transaction#4 $4.08 OOP Saved 42%

In summary:  My total for the week is $93.18.  Wow, that's a lot more than I usually like to spend!  But, I found some great deals and stocked up on items that I will not need to buy for a long time such as baby food, organic milk (69¢ each), cereal, stomach meds, oatmeal ($2.50 for 42oz.), and refrigerator biscuits.

Remember, you can freeze milk, cheese, and refigerator biscuits.  Buying in bulk when prices are low saves you a lot in the long run.

It is notoriously hard to save money in the Pacific Northwest and I am learning more and more all the time.   I would love to hear what you think!  Please leave me a comment.

you did great! It was an awesome week for stocking up on items and you saved a fortune. I hate spending that much at once too, but sometimes it's really worth it.
