There have been lots of reports about really inexpensive mascara at Walgreens right now using the instant value coupon from the November Walgreens Coupon Book. I decided to give it a try and got a better deal than expected. Currently Walgreens has an ad in their weekly circular for buy one Almay product at regular price and get second Almay product of equal or lesser value for half off. The mascara that I puchased came up buy one get one free! Since the cost of the mascara with the coupon was less than $8, in order for the deal to work I had to add a filler item (the coupon gives you $8 off , one for each mascara). The kicker is I got double packs of mascara! Essentially 4 free mascaras. Of course, I did the deal twice and ended up with 8 for free!This was the transaction:

Like I said, I did the deal twice. The UPC's for the other mascaras that worked were #309975419016 and #30997547902. Make sure you check the prices first and have filler items if your total for the mascaras will be less than $8.00.
If you plan to try this deal I would hurry! I'm sure they won't last long!
