If I was to subscribe to a paper, which would you suggest based on coupon selection? The "Seattle Times" or the "Tacoma Tribune"?
I would recommend the Tribune so that you get all the coupon inserts. Unforturnately the Seattle Times no longer carries the Red Plum and it is really hard to get the Red Plum mailed to you. The Tribune also carries an insert called the Essential Shopper, but I'm not familiar with what's in that. Thrifty NW Mom did a write up recently on papers, here is her link: http://www.thriftynorthwestmom.com/2010/01/newspaper-deal-for-locals-tacoma-news.html
Hope that helps!
