The Everett Herald is by far the best paper in Snohomish County for getting your weekly coupon inserts. I used to subscribe to The Seattle Times, but it no longer contains the Red Plum insert. Fortunately The Herald contains them all, including the Smart Source, General Mills, P&G Saver, and Red Plum. Of course inserts vary week to week, but if it is being released nationally you can expect it in The Herald.
