Quick Biscuit Sloppy Joes

I have a freezer full of Pillsbury Biscuits from the recent Pillsbury promo at Albertsons, so I'm going to share a quick and easy dinner recipe I sometimes use them for:

3/4 to 1lb. of lean ground beef
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1 minced garlic glove
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/2-1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
dash of salt & pepper
1 can of refrigerated biscuits
3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown ground beef, onion, garlic, and green pepper.
Drain excess grease.
Add ketchup, mustard, Wortcesershire sauce, and seasoning.
Place biscuits on a cookie sheet and use your fingers or a small round glass to make a "bowl" for your mixture.
Scoop mixture into biscuit bowls.
Top with cheese.
Bake for 14-17min.

Yummy!

If you have any recipe ideas for using refrigerator biscuits please leave a comment, or post below with Mr. Linky if you are a blogger!

This looks really good - very similar to a recipe I have called Bar-B-Cups. We put ours in muffin tins to hold the shape. Thanks for sharing on our recipe swap!
