Albertsons Trip: 93% Savings!

$3.56 for all this at Albertsons after factoring in OYNO catalina coupons!

Here's how:

OYNO: On Your Next Order Coupons

Transaction #1:
(7) Yoplus Yogurts:  $10.43
Used (7) $1/1 MF coupons
Final Price: $3.43

(6) Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks
Used (3) $1/2 MF coupons
Final Price: $8.28

Doubled (3) $1 MF coupons
Paid: $6.83 out of pocket
Earned $5 OYNO Coupon through Betty Crocker/Gen Mills Promo
Earn $3.50 OYNO for buying 5+ Fruit Snacks

Transaction #2:

Pork Chops 7 lbs for $7.23 ($14.59 savings with sale)
Used $5 OYNO coupon from previous transaction
Paid $2.33 OOP
Earned a $2 off my next purchase coupon for taking a survey about this visit!

Factor in the $3.50 & $2 OYNO coupons I have for my next visit and the final cost is $3.56!  That is a total savings of $53.89 or 93%!  Basically I will get $5.50 in FREE items at my next visit, so I subtract this cost from my total.

My $5 OYNO catalina didn't print out initially, but my cashier was really cool and was able to force print one.  If this ever happens to you, just explain your situation to your cashier and most times they can help you out.  Occasionally an item from the promotion isn't programmed correctly.  Cashiers don't have control over the catalina machines though, so if they are unable force print one, you can always call the catalina customer service number for assistance at 1-888-826-8766.  I have never had to do this personally, but have heard that they are very helpful and will mail you your catalina coupon if there is a problem.

To find out more about this promotion that is good through Tuesday go HERE!

If you haven't checked out the savings tracker at The Coupon Project I highly recommend it!

Great WORK!!!

Doesn't it pay off to do your homework before shopping? :)

I've had a catalina not print before, awhile back. My cashier ended up just opening the drawer and giving me the $3 cash at the time.

Thanks Jane, Coupon shopping does take a little planning, which definately pays off. I have been reading a few horror story shopping trips lately and hope that never happens to me or anyone I give tips to!

Wow, you really rocked that trip!! hehe, all this not shopping is tough work when I'm seeing all the great delas out there but I"m glad someone's taking advantage of them! That's a great price on pork chops too- do you mind if I ask what you do with them? I have almost no pork chop cooking skills and it's on my menu this week- I'd love to know how you do yours!
