Menu Plan Monday 2/22
Are you doing menu planning? I didn't do one last week, so it's time to get back on the band-wagon, so to say! I love Supercook, an easy to use site that helps me plan my meals based on the food I already have in my pantry. If you haven't visited this site yet, I recommend you check it out. It's a fun and convenient way to help with meal planning for those of us who need a little inspiration. You can also head over to I'm an Organization Junkie to find even more menu ideas.
Monday: Chili and cheesey garlic biscuits. (My hubby was just commenting on how many cans of beans and tomatoes I have stockpiled!)
Tuesday: Amanda's Cream Cheese and Rice Chicken (he also commented that I need to find a way to use up all of the cream cheese I have, so voila!)
Wednesday: Oven-Crisped Pork Chops (calls for Corn Flakes and lime, which I happen to have.), steamed asparagus, brown rice.
Thursday: Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas, tortilla chips and salsa
Friday: My Birthday, so I will wait and see:)
Saturday: Hamburgers on the good old George Foreman Grill, Baked French Fries, and veggies sticks.
Sunday: Meat Loaf if hamburger goes on sale. (Has anyone seen a good deal?) Mashed potatoes, and frozen corn from the freezer.
I'm not affiliated with Supercook or George Foreman Grills (but wouldn't that be nice!?)

Sounds like a yummy week of meals. Hope you get to go out for your Birthday. The pics of Ailish were awesome.! Mom
Yum. I think I might just drive all over Bothell until I find your house and stay for dinner!! :) Just kidding. I'm not a stalker, just a pregnant lady! LOL...
This menu looks so good! I have mine written out but I haven't posted it yet, along with the other things I was going to post today. My day got filled with doctor appointments and I was so glad to have a lasagna that I had made 2 weeks ago that I took out of the freezer. It was actually the mushroom lasagna that I saw on your menu a few weeks back. Did you like it? It's a fave at our house!

The lasagna is great, and I love being able to use the cream of mushroom in it. I am amazed at the endless possibilities with that soup. I may change my end of the week menu though. I must be craving beef or something because I have both hamburgers and meat loaf at the end of the week!
